"Néstor Pitxes" is the name the holder trades under publicly. When there is a contract to sign or an invoice to issue, full legal identity and tax details are provided, as would be expected, and before anything is signed.

Purpose of the site

https://cannanexus.net is an informational site about the cannabis industry. It publishes counts and profiles of organisations built from official public registers, and describes the services its holder provides. Access and browsing are free, require no registration, and nothing sits behind a paywall.

About the published information

Data comes from public registers and, where there is no register, from industry directories. Every page states where its content comes from and when it was checked. It is published as it stands in the source.

We do not guarantee the source is up to date at all times: an organisation listed here may have changed status before its register reflects it. If you spot an error, write to us and it gets corrected against the register. See the method in full at methodology and sources.

What this site is not

Nothing published here is legal, medical or investment advice. The legal framework applicable to each activity and each country is confirmed by a professional; a medical prescription is assessed by a doctor.

An organisation appearing on the map does not imply we have any commercial relationship with it, does not amount to a recommendation, and does not mean we have checked its solvency.

Intellectual property

The text, design and compilation of the dataset belong to the holder. Data of public origin retains the nature of its source. You may quote and link freely, stating the source; systematic extraction or mass reproduction of the dataset is not permitted.

Data protection

How personal data is handled is detailed in the privacy policy. If you represent a published organisation and want its data corrected or removed, there is a direct route at data removal, and you do not need to justify the request.

We do not publish direct contact detail — email or phone — for any organisation on the map.
